Ensuring consistent quality of raw materials
Our homeopathic medicines leverage the therapeutic properties of thousands of different source materials: plants, minerals/chemicals, and animals (such as venom). In the collection or cultivation process, we rely on farmers, producers, and professional pickers, and prioritize short supply chains. All cultivated plants we use are naturally non-GMO.
Therefore, to ensure perfect traceability for every raw material, we establish detailed specifications for collection sites and conditions, and regularly audit our partners.
Strict monitoring throughout the manufacturing process
Once the raw materials arrive at our factories, all incoming materials undergo strict quality control. Sensory, botanical, and physicochemical tests are performed by qualified professionals. This ensures that the raw materials, water, and air used are of the highest quality and fully traceable.
Throughout the production process, our chemistry, bacteriology, and botanical laboratories conduct approximately 30,000 tests annually. For this, we rely on 115 pharmacists in France and our own analytical laboratories.
